The respitory system is a group of organs that help you reach the goal of breathing is to deliver oxygen to the body and take away carbon dioxide parts of the respitory system- the lungs. the lungs are the main organs respitory system in the lung oxygen is inhaled and carbon is exhaled red blood cells are responsible for picking up the oxygen in the lungs and delivering them to all body cells that need it-trachea the trachea is sometimes called the wind pipe the trachea filters the air we breath and branches into the bronchi-BRONCHI the bronchi are two air tubes that branch off of the trachea and to the lung
